I say "I read the policy and it didn't say anything about that, but I will read it again". They say "But you got your blinds custom cut". I read them their policy from their website that you can read here. They tell me that I can't return the blinds. The next day someone picks up after about 10 minutes. The first day, I call and nobody picks up so I hang up after 10 minutes. Then, I call up and the headache begins. If I didn't do the fancy door thing, my total at Home Depot for 5 blinds would have been $215 vs $295 and the blinds were much much nicer as they were 2.5" and cordless. The total was $266 for a way nicer setup than my setup and I got it the same day. So, I ended buying my 4 window blinds at Home Depot for $172 and the DoorGlass blinds for $94. The original price is about $120-$130 at Lowes. However, I did see Doorglass blinds ( ) which seemed much better than putting normal blinds on my door. They seemed to have many more options for custom blinds if that is what you are into. They were more than Home Depot for similar blinds. Since Lowes was down the street I decided to check out the blinds there. So, at Home Depot I could get better blinds for $215 (plus tax) AND get it the same day (even if you needed them cut), not 2-3 weeks later. Home Depot actually had 2.5" (much better looking than 2") and cordless (much better than corded) for less than. So, I went to Home Depot to see what style I wanted as I could replace my order on. When the blinds arrived, they kind of just had a cheap look to them. I would have never ordered them online if they did not have this policy. Before ordering I read their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" that said that you can return or replace the blinds if you are not 100% satisfied. I ordered the most basic corded 2" blinds and they arrived about 3 weeks later.

I used a black Friday code as well as another code on so I assumed I was getting the best possible deal on blinds. In my experience, Home Depot is way better so I thought I would share. When researching where to buy blinds on Reddit, seemed to be the #1 choice.
